Payment terms

• 40% advance at the time of confirmation
• 60% balance at arrival by cash, card (credit/ debit), on card payment 4.5% bank transaction fees will be charged by the bank from your card automatically.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 90 days is full refundable after deducting the service charges.
• Cancellation before 45 days of travel date is 60% refundable.
• No any refund on cancellation within 45 days of travel date.
• In peak season there will be no any refund after processing the reservation.
• For flight booking cancellation, charges would be applicable as per airlines policy.
